We’re delighted to recognise Beverley Aindow, a Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprentice at Rose Cottage in Broughton, Cambridgeshire, for her outstanding resilience, determination and commitment to her apprenticeship.

After taking a break from her learning, Beverley returned with renewed focus and an incredible determination to complete her qualification. Throughout her journey, she has faced significant personal challenges, including navigating her own cancer journey, yet she has continued to demonstrate remarkable positivity, courage and dedication to her professional development.

Beverley’s passion for learning and commitment to progressing in her career have been truly inspiring. She has shown that even in the face of difficult circumstances, perseverance and a positive mindset can make an incredible difference.

Launching this September, the programme will give young people aged 18 to 21 the opportunity to start a meaningful career in care, earn a £23,000 salary and gain nationally recognised qualifications while working in Hallmark’s luxury care homes.

We’re delighted to recognise Lucy Hopkins from Redwood House Nursery in Wigan for her incredible resilience, determination and commitment throughout her Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Lucy has successfully balanced full-time work, family life as a mum and a number of personal challenges that tested her emotionally and mentally. Despite these obstacles, she remained focused on her goal, demonstrating unwavering motivation and a genuine passion for developing her skills and progressing in her career.

Lucy faced every challenge with courage and determination, overcoming each hurdle while continuing to make excellent progress. Her perseverance has led her to the final stage of her apprenticeship, and she is now preparing for her End-Point Assessment.

Lucy’s journey is a powerful reminder that resilience, dedication and a positive mindset can overcome even the toughest challenges. She is an inspiration to those around her and a fantastic role model for fellow apprentices.
