🌟 Recognising the people making a real difference 🌟

We're proud to share that, thanks to our HIT Heroes Awards, we've now raised £500 for Springboard, Only A Pavement Away and The Burnt Chef Project®.

Our HIT Heroes Awards shine a spotlight on exceptional apprentices and employers who demonstrate dedication, commitment and excellence in everything they do.

Each HIT Hero is nominated by our expert training teams, celebrated for the positive impact they make in their workplace, and helps support great causes through a £10 charitable donation, making a difference both within their organisation and in the wider community.

Their achievements inspire us every day, and we're delighted to recognise the difference they're making across hospitality, retail and brewing.

🎉Good luck to the Class of 2026 receiving their GCSE and technical qualification results today!

Today is not about a single set of grades; it's about the next chapter. Whatever your results, there are many paths to success, and the future remains full of exciting possibilities.

For employers, young people bring fresh perspectives, new ideas and enthusiasm that can help drive innovation and growth. Investing in emerging talent is also a powerful way to address skills shortages and build a strong pipeline of future leaders within your business.

With the Government placing renewed emphasis on creating opportunities for young people, there has never been a better time for employers to invest in emerging talent. Recent reforms include new employer incentives for recruiting young apprentices, enhanced Foundation Apprenticeship pathways, and fully funded training for under-25 apprentices in small and medium-sized businesses.
