If we are honest, it’s been a long year for all of us.

Much to celebrate and be grateful for at The Leadership Whisperers, and we are aware this hasn’t been the case for everyone as we have navigated 2021.

Much love to all who support, work, learn and collaborate with us, together we are stronger.

We are taking the opportunity for a couple of weeks break over the festive season, to recharge, rest and ready ourselves for 2022.

We wish you all a Happy Christmas and remember to relax and look after yourself 🦄 🎄

Rchi & I in 11/11/2017, standing in a powerful moment of in the Horse & Country Arena at before the start of our with Live Demo and deeply feeling every second of the 2 minute silence.

It required a powerful switch in our emotional energy and intention to move from a quiet state of reflection to a live workshop and with the horses in front of a large audience. As always they were the perfect mirrors of how to access our internal state and powerfully demonstrated to the audience and participants how this learning creates

Paying our respects to all those, particularly all the equids, and remembering Hermi and her military past and drawing energy to share with others how horses are now helping us transform our lives again.

My guide, teacher, co-leader, mentor, coach and soulmate, you were the embodiment of how to be gentle yet strong, courageous yet kind, bold and stand your ground yet compassionate, how you beautifully modelled your feminine power forever has me in awe.

Through the 19 years of your life that we shared together remain my inspiration for the work we do, and we need more female leaders like you now more than ever.

What is needed right now? What do you need?

This is the question that I ask myself the most frequently, both professionally and personally. It can be challenging to answer, needing honesty, integrity, non-judgement, a sense of micro and macro impact and lack of ego and attachment.

Right now, these are fundamental questions we all face together, the amazing Karen Beaven and I need your views and input, to help us co-create our forthcoming Podcast Series that will bring true purpose, meaning, connection and value, where it is needed most 🙏

Do you make an assumption or ask them?

Often we notice a change in behaviour in someone, but we don’t ask why.

Be compassionate ask why, even if you are scared of the answer, it might be a better conversation than you think.
