Calypso is excited to launch his latest book, Calypso and the Dinosaur Egg, as part of this year's Shipston Bookfest.
Storytelling, music and craft and it is a FREE but places are limited and need to be booked, so don't delay.

YES, the books are second-hand!
This is the sentence we use over and over as visitors to The Lily Pad Book Shop are surprised at our prices when they see the high quality books we stock.
Picture books are £2.50; Chapter books are £3.00 and hardback books are £4.00.
Second-hand means that our books are affordable and that means more children are discovering the joy of reading.

A huge thank you to all my lovely Calypso Kids and their grown-ups for another wonderful year of music and crafty fun.
I feel very privileged to be a small part in the many memories you make; those gurgles as the youngest children sing along, first steps to collect their own instruments, confidence growing week by week.
Classes will resume again in September, so keep checking here for starting dates.
The Lily Pad Book Shop holds a free story time daily at 11 'Elevenses ' so please pop in to see Glyn.
Thank you for all your kind words and the most amazing gifts- I had to show you!
I'm out of action for a little while, but looking forward to seeing you soon.

Join Calypso the Frog this Wednesday 5th August at Townsend Hall for 45 minutes of musical, crafty fun.
There is no need to book, just drop-in for £5.50 per child; siblings £3.00 each. Class starts at 10am.
This will be the LAST one for the Summer holidays before term-time classes resume.

It's time for a Teddy Bear's Picnic with Calypso Townsend Hall.
Come along and join in the fun; music for the under 4s and a craft option for school-aged children. No need to book, just drop-in. Please remember classes may be busier than our term time classes.
