After a successful first session, BloodWorks Lunch & Learn is live!

These informal online sessions are built around evidence based discussion, real practice and the questions people are actually asking around IPEDs, hormones, health optimisation and harm reduction.

Each month will focus on a dedicated topic, with practical insight, open discussion and guest speakers where relevant.

Topics will include:

Hormones & TRT
GLP 1 medications
Peptides
Women’s health
Performance & recovery
Harm reduction
Blood testing
Mental health & wellbeing
