Our Youth Company performing 'Scattered Mind' at the Community Performance Platform, Stage Two, Norwich Theatre Royal.

Thank you for having us. What a wonderful event to be a part of.

At True Motion Dance we are all about community over competition, connection over comparison... And this platform is just the sort of thing we want to be a part of. It brought dance artists and community groups together; to celebrate our shared love of dance. Everyone felt relaxed, supported and full of joy!

This is what dance is all about! ⭐

Thank you to our fabulous Youth Company dancers for putting their hearts and souls into the creation and performance of this special piece.

I've had such a fun few days working with this fabulous team! joined us for some contemporary dance workshops in High Schools as part of our partnership with London Contemporary Dance School (LCDS)

Ellie led some incredible workshops for almost 200 students over 2 days, with our amazing dancers Corbyn and Lauren assisting.

It was wonderful to see so many students pushing themselves, getting creative and moving together. We're all about creating opportunities for young people in North Norfolk, and our partnership with LCDS is a big part of that.

If your school would like to take part in future workshops, get in touch.

Thank you to and for having us. Your students were amazing!

Special thanks to Ellie, Corbyn, Lauren and Matt

We are all so proud of our alumni, Megan, who has gained her Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

As a dance educator it is wonderful to see our students continue on with dance as adults, whether that's professionally or just for fun! It's especially lovely when they become dance educators too ❤️

Congratulations Megan! I know your students are in very safe hands!
