What an incredible day! Inspired by Harvey’s enthusiasm Sam has installed the kayak station on Sheringham sea front. Helped by an amazing group of local volunteers it was built in two days. More information to follow.

North Vs South fundraiser! Hosted by and supported by ! 🐴
To raise funds for my treatment in Germany organized a North Vs South rugby league game comprised of all my friends and family who just so happen to be great rugby players!
I received so much love from the rugby league family it means the world!

The first part is now complete!
Time to change gear and focus 🧘 I’ve got to create belief in this process to make it work. Balancing my mind, body and spirit is essential.
I will explain the process better in the coming videos or even better get the professor to!

I decided to win today!

I don’t make excuses and I won’t let negativity influence my decisions!!!!
It’s not easy for anyone and we all face challenges but some people get up and tackle them others don’t. But we all have the potential to be better than we were yesterday all it takes is a few small changes at a time!!!! 💪🏼😎

We have landed!!!!!
Great drive all the way had lots of fun on the autobahns and still in one piece! 😎
Treatment starts tomorrow and we have been allowed to film it all so happy days!

Officially abroad!
Had to buy two sets of headlight adapters as my car has four headlights for some reason 🙄
But other than that it’s been plain sailing!

Set a new PB swimming today! 🏊‍♂️
I wasn’t feeling it this morning as I barely slept because of back pain. Nearly didn’t turn up for myself, but I caught that negativity and flipped it 180! ✌🏼
Loved every minute in the water and got some really good training in before the long drive Sunday! 💪🏼😎
