Our lovely school is looking for a new Community Governor. Could you spare a few hours a month to help shape the future of our school and lives of local children? Voluntary unpaid role, but ample opportunity to develop leadership skills, or share expertise and give something back to the community. All training provided, and friendly Governing Board to support you in the role. ☺️

Ever wonder why we love messy play, threading beads, and our new favourite activity, peeling small stickers to decorate our teddies? 🐻

We're not just having fun, we are building fine motor skills! 🖐🏽🖐🏻🖐🏿
Pincer-grasping and peeling those tiny stickers takes serious concentration and finger strength. Every pinch, peel, and stick is a secret workout for your little one's hands!

These playful moments are building blocks for major life skills
✏️writing their name
🍽️ using cutlery
🧥 zipping up their coat
🥾 tying their shoelaces

Play is a child's work, and those decorated teddies are proof of big developmental milestones! Has your little one brought home a stickered teddy yet? 👇

Beautiful cobwebs in the school community garden this morning! All our children looking at them and chatting with Mrs. Stell on their way to their classrooms.

Mrs. Stell, our headteacher, is at the school gate each morning to welcome everyone. She knows everyone's name and who needs a few words of encouragement or a hand hold to their class teacher. She is available to chat with any child's grown up, for any reason.
