My coaching style creates a safe listening space where you can be truly listened to without judgement to explore your goals, dreams and beliefs and bring to life the real authentic you . You may be facing a crossroads, a challenge, experiencing a dip in confidence or just know something is missing in

your life and are not feeling fulfilled. Together, we can explore what's holding you back and identify find the steps to move forward to be what you want to be. About me :

I live in Basingstoke and Poole but work extensively via Skype/FaceTime so location is not an issue . I have 25 years fantastic experience in the corporate world but always knew something was missing and I was not living from the heart. So after many years searching in my own mind for solutions, I discovered coaching & mindfulness and studied for my diploma in transformational coaching and develop my portfolio career which has genuinely transformed my life.
