A time for reflection and renewal. Wishing one and all a Peaceful Winter Solstice, brighter days to come now, In the meantime enjoy the darker days to nurture yourself and loved ones.

After a year with some struggles of my own, I am thrilled to be fully opening in January and looking forward to welcoming old and new clients for Therapies to help you with, relaxation, pain, both physical and emotional, stress relief and habits which no longer serve you.
