It's straight back to business for the Lower Sixth, starting with a socially distanced talk yesterday.
Good luck to everyone starting back this week; it is so lovely to see everyone around school once again.

During this unsettling time, my thoughts are with our girls, their families and our Sherborne community. I have been humbled by the way in which the whole Sherborne family has responded with positivity, understanding and kindness. In particular, I would like to thank everyone who is involved in critical work during this time. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers over the coming weeks and I will look forward to seeing you when the school reopens. A huge thank you to everyone who has been doing their bit to help the local community, elderly and vulnerable. This week, our Old Girls Secretary, Fi went out shopping for the elderly in her village.

A huge thank you to all Old Girls working in the health sector and allied professions all over the world. We are thinking of you so much at this time.
In a gesture of thanks to health service workers, people have been invited to join a mass round of applause from doorsteps, windows and balconies at 8pm tonight.
