Had a good sort out of the playroom this morning, returning everything to their homes from the places they had found themselves.. dinosaur in a teapot, carrots in the dolls potty, a camel in the rocket! Rotated some resources and freshened everything up 🧸

I have space available for children from 9 months January 2026 - I have a level 2 NVQ and level 3 Diploma in childcare, I am safeguarding and paediatric first aid trained and have recently been graded good by ofsted.

🐸 Frog day 🐸
This week is frog day and the children enjoyed a VERY messy froggy activity! We used chia seeds, jelly and tapioca pearls to create different textures for the children to explore and search for the hidden frogs. The children then listened to a story about the life cycle of frogs and made some lovely speckled frogs to take home for their families 💚

World Book Day 📖
We've had a great morning full of 'the hungry caterpillar' themed activities. The children listened to the story while searching in the treasure tray for different pictures from the story, using tweezers and scoops to strengthen their fine motor muscles. They made some beautiful hand paintings and colourings to take home and listened to their favourite stories which they brought in from home! 🐛 🦋 🍎
