📢 Results Day – Thursday 20th August

We hope you’re all enjoying your well-deserved break after your examinations! 🎓

Here are the key arrangements for Results Day:

📅 Date: Thursday 20th August
⏰ Collection time: 10:00am – 11:30am
📍 Location: School Canteen

If you are unable to collect your results in person, you have a few options:

• You can nominate someone to collect them on your behalf, provided they have written authority from you.
• You can access your results through the Learner Record App if you have previously set this up.
• Alternatively, you can send written authority for your results to be emailed to you.

Details of the post-results services available are also attached.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Staff will also be available on Results Day to answer questions and provide support if needed.

A huge congratulations to students who have passed their tractor driving licences and are already arriving at school in style behind the wheel of their tractor. 🌟

** Update**
Dear Parents and Carers,
Following the fallen tree incident, we would like to reassure families that the school remains open and operating as normal.

However, Charlton Road is now closed, with access restricted to school buses only. Students who normally travel home on a school bus will still be able to do so as usual.

Students who walk home can do so via either the West Block exit or the former Leisure Centre gates.

For student collection, parents and carers are asked to pick up from the former Leisure Centre car park only. Please do not come to the main school entrance, as access remains restricted.

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are aware that a tree has come down on Charlton Road near the school site.

The school is currently in contact with the Electricity Board and the Fire Brigade to assess the situation and determine whether any road closures will be necessary.

We would like to reassure all parents and carers that the school remains open as normal and that all pupils and staff are safe.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates if there are any changes that may affect access to the school.

Congratulations to some of our fantastic KS3 pupils who celebrated their success at the Headteacher’s Rewards Lunch today! 🎉

These pupils achieved some of the highest effort points across the year group, and we wanted to recognise and celebrate their hard work, dedication, and positive attitude towards learning.
