A selection of our amazing Year 2s had a brilliant time at the rapid fire cricket tournament today! Not only did they play some fantastic cricket, but they also showed incredible teamwork and outstanding sportsmanship throughout.

Our school garden is absolutely thriving! This week we have harvested: Radishes, green beans, celery, pumpkins, and cucumbers. We also have beautiful new sunflowers planted at the front of the school.
A massive THANK YOU to everyone who puts so much time and effort into keeping our garden beautiful. We appreciate how wonderful our school grounds look because of you!

A huge congratulations to Fern, whose breathtaking rendition of Van Gogh’s Starry Night is now officially on display at the Letchworth Gallery.

We love seeing our pupils express themselves through the arts, and having work recognized in a public gallery is a phenomenal milestone. Fern, you have inspired us all!

Today we celebrated the 10 year anniversary for the formation of BEST.
We all had an ice lolly on the field, we sang Happy Birthday to BEST, created and sat in the shape of the number 10 and enjoyed the chance to play outside.
A lovely afternoon had by all.

A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who made our Sports Day and Family Picnic such a success!

To our amazing PTA & Volunteers: Your cold drinks and sweet treats went down a treat! Thank you so much for providing all the children with an ice pop to enjoy this afternoon.

To our wonderful Staff: Thank you for your hard work in preparation, your endless enthusiasm, and for cheering on every single student. Thank you also for running all of our fantastic activities after the picnic!

To the Parents & Families: Thank you for showing up in full force, bringing your picnics, and creating such a warm, supportive atmosphere.

And finally, to our brilliant Children: You are the real superstars! We are so incredibly proud of your teamwork, sportsmanship, and the pure joy you brought to every event. You all gave it 100%!

🌿 Today marks the start of BEST Wellbeing Week 🌿

Our fabulous BEST Wellbeing team and Mindfulness Coach, Will George, have created a week of celebratory events for our whole Trust community - there is something for everyone!

Inspired by 'The 5 Ways to Wellbeing', each day this week will focus on a different theme. Students, staff, families and friends are encouraged to join in. We will be sharing some simple, effective and accessible ideas for all ages across the week and we would love to hear how you have taken part to celebrate Wellbeing Week.

Last week, Year 1 had the chance to work with Amber Foot and produced some fantastic art work. Thank you for the opportunity to develop our children's art skills.

The whole school thoroughly enjoyed looking at your finished grasshoppers in Fridays celebration assembly. Well done Year 1.
