Yes!! and many students begin their training alongside their existing career and other commitments.

The CPHT Hypnotherapy Diploma Course is structured over 10 months, with training taking place one weekend each month.

That means you don’t necessarily need to put your current career on hold to start working towards something new.

Between training weekends, you’ll continue developing your knowledge and gaining practical experience, gradually building your skills and confidence as the course progresses.

So if “I don’t have time to retrain” has been one of the things holding you back, hypnotherapy training might be more achievable than you thought.

Module 1 is where it all begins.

You’ll start exploring the foundations of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, including how the brain works and how it can contribute to symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression and anger. 🧠

But you won’t just be sitting and learning the theory.

You’ll experience trance for yourself, see what happens in the brain during hypnosis and begin putting what you’re learning into practice with other students.

By the end of your very first training weekend, you’ll already have taken those first practical steps towards becoming a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

And that’s only Module 1. ✨
