π« Why Ordering Before the Summer Holidays Can Save Schools A Headache
September always arrives quicker than expected.
If you're planning to introduce a new reward system, replace worn-out equipment or top up your token stock for the new academic year, ordering before the summer holidays can make life much easier.
Here's why:
β
Your order can be planned and organised before staff leave for the break
β
You'll have everything ready to go when pupils return
β
You can avoid joining the rush of schools placing orders at the start of term
Many schools use the quieter weeks before the holidays to review what's working, what's running low and what they might need for September.
Even if you're not ready to place an order yet, now is a good time to start thinking about requirements and budgets for the new school year.
π¬ Have you already started planning for September, or is that a job for later in the summer?

ποΈ Why Event Organisers Choose Tokens
Whether you're running a school fair, festival, fundraiser or community event, keeping things simple on the day can make a huge difference.
Many organisers choose tokens because they help:
β‘ Speed up queues at busy stalls and attractions
π· Reduce the amount of cash being handled throughout the event
ποΈ Keep pricing simple and easy for guests to understand
One token system can be used across admissions, food and drink, games, rides, raffles and much more.
Every event is different, but the goal is usually the same: spend less time dealing with payments and more time focusing on the experience.

π« One collector. Lots of possibilities.
Our 94mm Floor Standing Collector is most commonly used for house points, but that's just the start.
Here are three ways schools use them:
π« House Points
Watch each house's total grow throughout the term and create a visible competition that pupils can follow.
π― Sports Day Competitions
Award points throughout the day and see which team comes out on top.
β School Values Rewards
Kindness, Respect, Resilience, Responsibility β whatever values matter most to your school, a collector can help make progress visible.
One of the reasons schools like a visual reward system is that pupils can see the impact of their efforts every day, rather than waiting until the end of term.

Sports Day season is nearly here!
For many schools, Sports Day is one of the biggest events of the summer term.
While the races are the main attraction, there are often plenty of other activities happening throughout the day too.
Tokens can help keep things simple for:
πͺ Team points
π― Activities and games
π¦ Refreshments
π Prize stalls
Whether you're running a small event or a whole-school Sports Day, a simple token system can make things easier for staff, volunteers and pupils alike.

π Christmas in June?
It might sound early, but many organisations are already planning their Christmas events.
While most of us are thinking about summer holidays, Christmas adverts are being filmed, festive menus are being planned, and event organisers are starting to think about the details.
If you're organising a Christmas party, fundraiser, festive market or workplace event, now is a great time to start asking questions like:
πͺ Will you need food tokens?
πΉ Will you need drink tokens?
π Will you need admission tokens?
π¨ Would a custom design work better than a standard token?
π¦ Roughly how many guests are you expecting?
You don't need all the answers today.
But getting some ideas together now can make things much easier later in the year.
We're always happy to talk Christmas, even in the middle of summer. π

Important House Collector Installation Update
Following a recent internal review, we'd like to clarify the installation guidance for our House Collectors.
Whilst House Collectors can be secured to a wall, they are designed for the base of the unit to remain supported by the floor. The wall fixings are intended to provide stability and help prevent the unit from tipping, rather than support the full weight of the collector and its contents.
If your House Collector is currently installed in a fully elevated position with the entire weight supported by the wall, we ask you to reposition it so that the base is resting on the floor whilst remaining secured to the wall.
We have reviewed our product literature and guidance to make this clearer going forward.
If you have any questions about your installation, please contact the team and we'll be happy to help.
