With September and October getting closer, now is a great time to start thinking about any custom designs you might need for:

A bit of forward planning can make the day much easier for everyone involved.

👥 Make sure you've got enough volunteers.

🎯 Plan a good mix of stalls and activities.

💷 Decide how visitors will pay.

📍 Make your signs and prices clear.

🌧️ And, because we're in the UK, always have a wet-weather plan! 😂

If you're looking for a simple alternative to handling cash at every stall, tokens can be sold from a central point and then used across games, food, drinks and activities throughout the fair.

🎃 And if your next PTA event is a Halloween fair or disco, now is a good time to start getting those plans together too.

Getting pupils excited about a new reward system is one thing. Keeping that enthusiasm going throughout the school year can be a little trickier!

A few small changes can help keep things interesting:

🎉 Celebrate milestones along the way.

You don't necessarily need to completely change your reward system when enthusiasm starts to dip. Sometimes a new challenge or target is enough to get everyone interested again.
