What started as a vision has flourished into a strong, connected family of schools, united by a shared commitment to transforming lives and creating opportunities for every child and young person we serve.

At the heart of this journey are the people who make Nexus truly special. Our inspirational children and young people, who show us every day what resilience, determination and joy look like. Our wonderful families, dedicated staff and governors and our valued partners, who have supported and strengthened our work along the way.

Every triumph over the last 10 years belongs to all of you. Together, you have shaped Nexus into what it is today and what it will become.

🌿 Take a look at our Forest Schools 🌿

At Coppice School in Doncaster, students take part in Forest School every week, giving them the opportunity to learn, explore and grow outdoors. These sessions support confidence, independence and creativity, while encouraging our students to engage with the world around them in a hands-on way.

A brilliant example of learning beyond the classroom 🌳✨ and our wonderful staff have the best time too!

We’re proud to share that Nexus MAT has been shortlisted for ‘Trust of the Year’ at the Network for Education Excellence (nEdEx) Schools and Academies Awards 2026!

This is the second time Nexus has been recognised nationally in a ‘Trust of the Year’ category this year – a fantastic achievement that reflects the dedication and passion of colleagues, pupils, and families across our entire community.

The winners will be announced this Thursday in Milton Keynes – wish us luck!
