Our little team have been busy this week making these handmade Father’s Day rosettes -
So much concentration, so much love, and a few sneaky “don’t tell Dad!” whispers along the way.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandads, stepdads, and father figures who do the very best job every single day.

They coloured it. They cut it. They stuck it. And wow!

Our kids picked their teams in the Sweet Stake, then got busy creating the flags with their own hands. No templates. No perfection. Just 45+ different flags, creating one brilliant wall.

We Can’t wait to update the fixtures board on Monday!

Pinching tissue paper, rolling it tight, placing it just so... that’s hand strength, coordination, patience, all in one go. Sneaky fine motor skills disguised as “let’s make a hot air balloon”!
Calm and therapeutic tonight on the craft table!

Tiny fingers, big concentration. The kids spent tonight carefully selecting beads + creating these totally symmetrical butterfly beauties.

Look at that focus. That pride. That “I made this!” smile.

Our topic this half term is ‘The Great Outdoors’... and this week, it’s all about butterflies! 🦋

Day 1: Origami!
Patience, precision, and lots of “I can do it!” moments.
Day 2: Paint! We folded, we splashed, we opened... and WOW!
Every child created their own totally symmetrical butterfly masterpiece.

The science of symmetry + the joy of messy paint = the best kind of learning.

Today we had a birthday and a burst of creativity at the club ✨

Our birthday princess chose to spend part of her special day with us, and made this incredible sequinned butterfly.
The focus, the detail, the sparkle... she was so proud!

Then we were shown skills learnt here at the the club had helped another little one create something amazing over half term. Seeing them beam with that “I did it!” look, that’s the best part of our job.
