I am child-led setting (I follow the Childs interests) I promote independence, manners and ensure they ready to thrive in school. I have over 12 years’ experience working with children. I was a play and activities worker for the holiday camps at ponds forge and then went on to be a Teaching assistant with SEN children, before going on to having my own children. This has given me essential experience with new-born babies. I was a stay at home mum for 4 years before returning to part time work and then returned to a TA role, working at a school with complexed needs. I Have been childminding since sept 2019. I get as much from the children I work with as they do from me. I love to watch them grow into little people and support them in there learning. Seeing their little personalities develop and working out what makes them tick! Each child is individual, each child is special and it’s my job to find out how they learn and teach them how to grow into little independent people.
