Join me at THE WHITE LION MON 27TH APRIL 7-9PM sketching 3 adorable dogs for £5!! All materials and art mediums provided. SPACES ARE NOW LIMITED!! 5 SPACES LEFT. Children over 12 welcome but must be with an adult.

My art classes art designed for ALL skill levels particularly BEGINNERS!! Its not about being "good" at drawing. It is about exploring your CREATIVITY, learning different TECHNIQUES using DIFFERENT ART MEDIUMS AND PROMTS in a SUPPORTIVE, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

NO EXPERIENCE? No problem. I will be there to guide you through the event to unleash your inner artist.

Why I started teaching adult art, craft classes?
50 attempts this took me. I am enthusiastic really I just struggle to watch myself talk. I am more of a walk the talk, rather than talk the talk🤣🤣

First time I have looked at my annonimous feedback since Monday evenings event. I am my worst critic but fab, positive feedback.
Need to probably extend the event to 2 and half hours for attendees to complete their final sketches. I did do a few demonstrations and encourage attendees to use more art mediums

Thank you to attendees, dog owners and dog models and particularly thank you to the wonderful WHITE LION and staff for supporting my 2nd Dog Life Sketching event. I will look at feedback this week.

Sketch 2 beautiful dogs who will be modelling on the stage at The White Lion ( Heeley) from 7-9pm . Arrival encouraged between 6.30 and 7pm. Just grab a drink, collect your resources and find a comfortable spot to sit before the event starts at 7.

Is the event suitable for beginners? ABSOLUTELY !!
Will the event be led by someone with teaching experience?
ABSOLUTELY
Will the event hostess help if needed?
ABSOLUTELY
Will I just be using a sketching pencil?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Some of you may be comfortable just using a hard black pencil but you will be encouraged to use a range of different art mediums for different sketching exercises including Indigo Stone which is a relatively new art medium but leaves some lovely mark making on the paper.

The iconic Tinsley Towers made out of scrap fabric. Thoroughly enjoyed the process and very impressed with the result. Added detail to the Towers using a fabric pen.
