Had the most amazing day in York with my beautiful daughters. Took a boat trip down the river, followed by shopping and Luxury Afternoon Tea in Bettys Tea Rooms, complete with pianist, prosecco and excellent food. All courtesy of my team and the parents of Holmhirst Pre School. Thank you sooo much for the vouchers (got enough City Cruises Voucher left to take a trip down the Thames in London. Thank you all once again 🙏🏻🍰🥪🍾🥂⛴️💕💕

Well, after four gruelling weeks of clearing out the Pre School, we are just about done. It is likened to a house move, not realising how much stuff you have. We have sorted / sold / stacked / sifted and distributed all the equipment, with just one group left to collect their items.
To complete the task, I reluctantly put the Pre School sign in the skip. I planned to save it, but sometimes you just have to know when to let go 😥
We are all walking away with memories of great achievements, and Holmhirst Pre School will always hold a special place in our hearts 💕💙
Once all donations have come in, I will send you the total we are donating to the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
A huge thank you to Nicola, who has helped me with this mammoth task. It has been constant over this last four weeks. A few more weeks completing the admin side of closing the Pre School then I should be able to ‘retire’ 🥴
