A youth production of Hadestown in Sheffield is being performed 19th to 21st March at The Forge Theatre, The Hope Centre, and it stars some of our wonderful students!
Join us in supporting our students in this musical reimagining of some of our favourite Greek myths.

We’re delighted to welcome Prof. Helen Lovatt for her talk: “The Power of Sadness in Virgil’s Aeneid”, the epic Latin poem.
Virgil’s Aeneid is a 12-book Latin epic (29–19 BC), narrating the journey of the Trojan hero Aeneas.

Entry fee: £1 for adults and free entry for under 18s.
Join us for a day of festive fun! There will be more than 60 stalls, selling anything from jewellery and candles, to baked goods and Christmas decorations.
There may even be a visit from Santa Claus... 🎅

We are very proud to share that our very own Miss Johnson has been awarded 'Outstanding State Sector' initiative, a prestigious award from The Classical Association!
This award is presented to individuals whose work is felt to have had a significant and positive impact on the teaching of Classics in the UK.
What a fantastic and well-deserved achievement for Miss Johnson, who has been teaching Classics and Latin at High Storrs for nearly 40 years!
