What a fabulous month of black culture, we have listened and danced to music by Fino and Bino, made and tasted a variety of fruits and foods and explored numerous books, the favourite being Handa's surprise.

Little Saints Nursery in Totley, located next to Totley All Saints school is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to start in April 2023
To work: 31hrs term time. (More hours available on request)
Starting hourly rate: £10.42 plus holiday pay, Sickness and pension benefits (this pay rate will increase after April)

Person Specification
• Must be fun, fun fun!
• Must be willing to get down on child level and interact with them.
• be able to read stories at least 10 a day (they love a good story)
• Must have experience of being a princess, dinosaur or another fairy tale character.
• Must know all the names of Dinosaurs, Paw patrol, Peppa pig and Mario!
• And most important you don't mind getting messy because we love paints, gloop, shaving foam the messier the better.
• And know how to give good cuddles.

You will also need
• Have a level 3 or above childcare qualification
• Be able to write and communicate clearly with parents and other professionals
• Willingness to learn and keep up to date with relevant training
• Be willing to further develop their personal /professional qualifications
• Previous experience is essential and a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• To be able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to cover staff, for absence or training courses (flexibility is a must)
• knowledge of tapestry or similar will be useful
• Awareness of safeguarding practices (training will be given)
• Have paediatric First aid or First aid at work certificate. (if not training will be given)
