Introducing the RESPECT Mentoring Programme

Designed for pupils who need targeted support with attendance, behaviour, confidence, relationships and engagement, RESPECT is a structured 20-week mentoring intervention that helps schools make a lasting difference.

Unlike traditional mentoring programmes, RESPECT combines:

✔ Structured weekly mentoring sessions
✔ Measurable outcomes and impact reporting
✔ AQA Unit Award Scheme accreditation
✔ Delivery by experienced Commando Joe’s instructors
✔ A proven framework built around seven key character traits

A brilliant day with the students and staff at Kidsgrove Secondary School.

It was fantastic to see Year 8 and Year 9 students fully embrace the sessions, challenge themselves and support one another throughout the day.
