Elite classes start back from Monday 5th January and school classes from Monday 12th.

Summer holidays are over... but good news we are back.....

ELITE classes start back week Monday 8th September.

Classes at Beighton lifestyle centre on Mondays and Wednesdays start back as normal 5pm.

Thursday classes at Emmanual Community Room 5-6 pm and 6-7 pm.

Please note school classes ;
Reignhead starts Thursday 11th
Emmanuel & Waterthorpe start Monday 15th
Brunswick start Wednesday 17th.

A massive congratulations to everyone who has taken part in their gradings over the past few weeks and months!

Whether it was Karate or Kickboxing, your dedication, focus, and hard work have truly shone through. Gradings are never easy.... they test your physical strength, mental resilience, and your determination to keep pushing forward, even when it gets tough.

A special congratulations goes out to those who achieved their Black Belt in Karate and those who earned their 1st Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing.. what an incredible milestone! You've shown what commitment and perseverance can achieve.
