📣 SHEFFIELD PIN IS BACK! 📣

Good afternoon, everyone!

We’re now just under FOUR WEEKS away from our next mighty Sheffield PIN meeting – and after our summer break, I’m really looking forward to getting everyone back together.

📍 NEW VENUE – The Red Lion, Todwick
⏰ Networking from 6pm

For those who haven’t seen the news yet, September will be our first meeting at our new venue. The Red Lion is only around five minutes from our previous venue and just two minutes from the M1, so it’s really easy to get to.

I’ll be getting there early, so why not do the same? There’s a great pub menu, outdoor seating, plenty of parking and, of course, the opportunity to grab a drink or a bite to eat while getting some extra networking in before the meeting starts. 🍻🍔

If you’ve never been to a Sheffield PIN meeting before, September is a perfect time to come along, meet other local property people and see what the PIN community is all about.

We had a great time on Wednesday nights August National pin Summit!

Simon Zutshi pin founder gave a market update which also included hints and tips on buying opportunities in this current buyers market.

We then kicked off a very interesting great Panel Debate with former housing minister Eddie Hughes, Simon Zutshi and John Howard one of the UK's most experienced property investors and developers, discussing subjects ranging from Upcoming Budget, Fairer Share Campaign, Planning reform. Don't worry all panellists were still friends by the end of the evening!

With nearly 300 investors on Zoom its always a fun filled night, we managed to get 5 screen shots but soooo many screens we maybe didn't catch you all! - Can you see yourself?!
