Just a little comparison - one month between the two pictures, slowly chipping away.
Ticking the boxes daily. No excuses.
Dieting is hard. Of course it’s hard. But nothing good ever comes from quitting.
It’s not everyone cup of tea but this is something I’m dedicated to, please notice the word dedicated and not motivated, motivation doesn’t get you through.
Discipline and dedications does.
I have been working hard daily for the last 15 weeks with many more weeks ahead.
Every stage serves a purpose.
No this is not sustainable long term, but I have goals set and I will achieve them ✨

Keeping it real and raw. This weeks check in. A few days off plan in Barcelona eating all the ice cream and pizza and my weight hasn’t shifted. Same weight pre holiday which I’m super thrilled with. The truth is, if you stay consistent with your plan 90 percent of the time, ticking the boxes, you have room for balance and enjoyment without ruining progress 💕
