Saturday morning is all about Literacy today! Zoya in Y3 is absolutely smashing her target & back on track with expectations for her reading; Eadin, Y5 is revising her Y4 spellings & Harry in Y2 is now on his ph5 phonics sounds after lots of hardwork!! Practicing handwriting & sentence structure today 🌟🌟🌟👏👏👏

First message of 2026 ❤️ nothing finer than making a difference in a young person’s world !!! Sophie struggles with anxiety & the classroom setting isn’t one size fits all, so to know after just a few sessions, she is already seeing a difference is fantastic!! Celebrating success for these two: Lennon in Y5 has only been coming a few weeks & he’s received a headteacher award for his handwriting progress & is now back on for his pen license 🖊️👍🏼🙌🤩 Callie in Y5 has memory retention & has mastered spelling rules she’s been working on for a while - through over learning and using lots of different techniques!! Well done Callie. Hard work paying off 😍🌟

It’s so good to be back on it!!! Enjoying working with our new group of Y2 children. Lots of multi-sensory learning taking place. Mila - keywords and split digraphs. Emelie - place value. Harry - digraphs and fine motor - hand strengthening. Lyla - common exception words into sentence writing with the correct punctuation & finger spaces.
