Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce our upcoming SAMS Teaching Series on the UKFPO Specialised Foundation Programme (SFP)!

We will be hosting a few virtual sessions across september to help guide 3rd, 4th and 5th year medical students through the SFP applications. Additionally, we will run some sessions later on for earlier years on how to maximise your time at medical school in preparation for SFP!

Although these sessions will provide a general guide through the SFP application process, our teaching series will more specifically focus on the Yorkshire and Humber SFP, to help guide Sheffield Medical students.

*Our First Event*

What is the Specialised Foundation Programme?

Will be hosted on zoom on the 5th of September between 6-7PM by Dr Jack Allen & Dr Kartik Goyal.

This session will run through what the SFP is, the types of SFP, what it will do for your career and what to expect through the application process!
