🍎🍏 Some lovely pictures of our apples grown here at Shooters Grove! We will be adding these to the 'RivelinCo Collection' for Stannington Apple Day on Wednesday 30th Sept.

Children will be collecting apples from our trees for the 'RivelinCo Collection' but if your child would like to bring in any apples from their gardens, they're welcome to bring them in on the Wednesday 30th Sept to add to our tubs/crates.

We would like to invite you to our ‘Welcome to our Year Group’ meetings, which will take place on Wednesday 23rd September. The first session starts at 3.30pm and will last half an hour. We will then repeat the sessions at 4.00pm so that you can access the meeting in another year group.

This is a great opportunity to meet your child's class teacher, learn about classroom routines and expectations, and find out more about the year ahead.

Harvest festival is a little earlier this year due to the warm summer. We have invited Stannington Christ Church to lead assemblies with our children on week beginning 5th October and will be collecting donations for Stannington Food Bank.

Please send your donations of tinned foods and toiletries into school between Monday 21st September
and Friday 1st October and we will display them in school before taking them to the food bank.
