Whether you’re looking to unwind, move mindfully, or simply experience something a little different, this promises to be a truly magical evening of Yoga, music, and relaxation.

Experienced Celtic Harp player Ciara Maria Noon will be treating us to a soundtrack of self-composed music, drawing from folk traditions and blending in elements of trance-like melodies. Guaranteed to create a soothing and unique sound for our Yoga practice.

This is me having completed week 5 of Couch to 5K…. I’ve been doing it since February! 🤣🤣🤣

It’s not easy, but boy does it release those happy hormones and boost your resilience. 💞 Some of you have chatted to me about this programme and shared your experiences too. You are all fabulous!

Also feeling incredibly grateful to have this beauty of a running track on our doorstep. 💕

Disclaimer; I am a Yoga teacher and most definitely not a runner. And before you ask, no I won’t be training for a marathon!
