Sung Wing Chun

The Alexander Technique is not just about bad backs.

I work a lot with dance teachers, martial art instructors, Yoga teachers and Pilates instructors. I don't class myself as an expert in those areas, but I'm an an expert in the integrated use of the human body. These people come to me driven by a common desire to improve their understanding of human movement. When done correctly the freedom discovered from good body use brings about great joy. All humans have that in common.

Course starts on 7 March Sung Wing Chun, carrying on Chu Shong Tin lineage of internal wing chun in Sheffield, England

New Starters' Classes - 1 November 2022

There are only a few places left for the group starting on Tuesday 1st November. Over the four weeks I intend to focus on teaching movements derived from a released and expanded state of the body, from which wing chun is much easier to learn.
