Who is struggling to get to sleep in this heat!

Last night it took me ages then I got woken up twice by a cat who insisted I came and looked at the ‘gifts’ he had brought me!

Also is nurospicy folks struggle with temperature regulation. And it’s even worse for those of us on meds as many of these also affect temperature so if your melting your not alone!
