One of my favourite phrases at the moment is “channel your inner-Olympian” …because we’ve all got one haven’t we?! We’ve all watched sport on the tv and imagined what it must be like to win that race or score that goal. The reality is that for most of us winning anything is pretty unlikely, but that doesn’t mean that it’s all over. It’s not about being THE best, it’s about being YOUR best. Whether that’s speed, endurance or just feeling strong and loving it - I am here to help!

Welcome to JustALittleJog! 👋
My name is Hannah and I'm an England Athletics qualified Run Leader and Running Coach, providing individual and group coaching in Sheffield and the surrounding area. Whatever your running goals (whether that's a marathon or just being able to get around the block without hating it!) I am here to make sure you have the structure, support and accountability you need to achieve them.
