I highly recommend for both for kids and adults! It's not just another activity offeres so much more ; learn to play traditional instruments, learn to speak Portuguese, join a community, build core strength, fine motor skills and build your fitness level.

Capoeira will give you the opportunity to actively engage with Brazilian heritage. Learning to dance, play, fight, and perform acrobatic skills at the same time on the addictive rhythms from Brazil. Capoeira is great for physical training, it conditions your body and makes you look great without getting bored.
