This page is dedicated to all things Physics at Sheffield Hallam. From updates about the course to news and events about physics in the press.

Welcome to the Sheffield Hallam University Physics page. This page is intended to provide a place (beyond Blackboard) to advertise a range of relevant physics content. This does not replace the email system and Blackboard. We will upload a range of content including; information about the course and news around the department/university; physics news and media; summer and internship placements; and whatever else we think might be interesting or relevant.

A huge congratulations to our returning final year student Brad Davy who has just returned from a year-long placement at Diamond Light Source working on "Reducing sample consumption for serial crystallography using acoustic drop ejection". His work has been published in the Journal of Synchrotron Radiation and is available as an Open Source paper for everyone to read. Give it a read at http://journals.iucr.org/s/issues/2019/05/00/gb5089/
