We have officially finalised our beer and food pairing menu and it is as follows:
- Hand made Pork Pie with Apple & Stilton, and a Clove Jelly paired with Brewdog - prototype black IPA 5.3% Black IPA single hopped with simcoe

- Oak Smoked Scottish Salmon with Dill Relish paired with Brewdog - Dead pony club 3.8% West coast session pale

- Curried Scotched Egg with Coriander & Cauliflower Mayo paired with Siren Craft - pompelmocelo 6%Grapefruit IPA

- Cherry Brandy Tiffin with Coffee Ganache paired with Brewdog - Candy kaiser 5.2% German style Alt beer

Hallam Hops Hallam Hops has been created by four Sheffield Hallam University Students who are hosting a live event as part of their final year project, with all proceeds going to the Cathedral Archer Project charity.

We are final year students studying Events Management at Sheffield Hallam University and, as part of one of our final year modules, we have been given the task of organising an event which will raise money for Cathedral Archer Project so that they can keep up their amazing work in supporting homeless and vulnerable adults.

We are holding a Craft Beer Dinner named 'Sip, Sip Hooray!' on Thursday 10th March 2016 at Brewdog, Sheffield in order to educate people in the correct way to consume alcohol and craft beers.
