We ran a wonderful session on Tuesday with writing letters about reasons to stay ❤️

Thank you to our lovely attendees for coming to our last event of the academic year :)

In honour of Mental Health Awareness week, ourselves and Psychology Society are running an event inspired by the Reasons to Stay movement❤️

Join us in Classroom 1 in the Diamond, 5-6pm, for no cost at all.

Free snacks will be provided!

Join us this coming Tuesday for a workshop ran by our President on the Psychology of Goals, and will also briefly discuss the findings of her dissertation project related to the topic! We will be looking at a range of questions that will spark fun discussions and hopefully help provide more information about how goals :)

ANOTHER CAT CATE VISIT!! If you couldn’t join us the first time, now’s your chance to experience having the cat cafe to yourself with the MHM society :D

Our second upcoming fundraiser is a raffle for Sheffield Children’s Charity in honour of Stress Awareness Month! Join us in the Activities Zone in the Sheffield Student Union to have a chance of winning a prize!

The first of our last two fundraisers is underway this Saturday! This charity run is for National Autistic Society, in honour of Autism Acceptance Month! There is a link in the bio for anyone to donate, as well as the tickets to join. :)

We will be meeting at Weston Park museum at 9am, tickets to join are £2 and are available through the link!

This is a completely chill fun lil run/jog/walk, and you don’t have to be a pro runner to join (I’m far from it! - Sarah)

Hellooo everyone! It’s that time on the year when we’re all back for the rest of Semester 2, and with that comes fresh society events, with our last two fundraisers of the year!!

Good afternoon lovely people!! Tomorrow we are hosting a Kahoot quiz covering many a topics with the chance to win some cool lil prizes :D

We will be in Classroom F20 in the Hicks Building from 6-7pm, we hope to see many of you there!!!

If you can’t tell already, we love cats at Mental Health Matters! So this Friday, we are going to challenge ourselves to make some origami cats, so if you want to join us, check out the link in our bio!

All materials are provided, and you’ll get to take your origami cat home! The paper we will be using has cat faces on them with guidelines, so hopefully we will be able to do it🙏
