As SAT’s week comes to an end, many children will have been carrying far more than revision papers and practice questions. Behind the pressure to “do well” can be worry, fear of failure, perfectionism, and the feeling that their worth is tied to a score.

Children need reminding that tests measure a moment in time — not their intelligence, potential, kindness, or value❤️🫶because long after SAT’s are forgotten, their mental health and sense of self will still matter deeply❤️🫶
