The Fabs are heading back to the EPPiC Theatre in Ecclesfield on Friday 23rd October, bringing their Cavern Beat Club show to Well Lane.

Expect plenty of classic Beatles tunes, nostalgia and a great night out without having to head into Sheffield city centre!

🎵 Today is my last day on reception at Harmony Music School! 🎵
For those who don’t know, around 9 years ago one of our receptionists left without any notice, so I temporarily stepped in to help out for a few weeks… and here we are, 9 years later! 😂

I have to admit, my reluctance to give it up probably had something to do with that I’ve loved being part of Caroline’s reception team, but it’s finally time for me to focus more of my time on all the community projects we run at Harmony.

Over the years I’ve set up our Band Development Programme, Youth and Community Choirs, School Holiday Clubs and Dementia-Friendly Music Sessions – and, as you can imagine, they take up quite a bit of my time. Freeing up a few hours each week will make a big difference. That, coupled with the fact that Old Caroline has been pestering me for my Wednesday shift, has finally pushed me out of the reception chair! 😂

I want to say a massive thank you to all our students and families and team who have made my shifts such good fun over the years. I’ve collected enough stories from reception to write a book… maybe call it ...“Behind the Scenes at Harmony: The Weird and the Wonderful!” 😂🎶

Old Caroline will be moving onto my Wednesday shift, while Judith, our newest team member, will be taking over Tuesdays.

Thanks for all the laughs, chats and fun times over the last 9 years. ❤️

I’m not going anywhere – you’ll just find me causing chaos elsewhere at Harmony instead! 🎸🎤🥁

It’s hard to believe how quickly the years have flown by. Watching James grow, learn and develop over the years has been such a joy, and we feel incredibly privileged to have been part of his journey. ❤️

🎶 **FLOAT ALONG FESTIVAL IS BACK! 🎸**

Sheffield's city centre is getting a serious dose of alternative music on **Saturday 26 September** as Float Along Festival returns for its fifth edition.

The multi-venue festival features **White Lies, Sprints, Warmduscher, Opus Kink, Man/Woman/Chainsaw** and loads more across venues including The Octagon, Corporation and Sidney & Matilda.

🎵 Live music runs from midday until 11pm
