🥕 This week, EYFS took part in their final harvest of the academic year and were delighted to discover some lovely carrots ready to pick! The children enjoyed getting hands-on in the garden, carefully harvesting the carrots they had helped to grow and care for. It was a wonderful opportunity to see the results of their hard work and learn more about where our food comes from.
Well done, EYFS!

🥒 This morning, Year 1 enjoyed making and tasting delicious cucumber sandwiches using cucumbers they had grown themselves! Their growing journey began back in February, when they planted the cucumber seeds. Once the plants were strong enough, they carefully transferred them to the school allotment, where they continued to look after them until they were ready to harvest.
Earlier this term, the children also used their home-grown produce to make refreshing mojito mocktails for the Summer Fayre, and today they were delighted to enjoy their freshly made sandwiches. Well done, Y1!

🎭 We are incredibly proud of all of our KS2 pupils for their fantastic performances in Grimm – Once Upon a Musical! Every child showed amazing dedication and enthusiasm throughout rehearsals, working hard to learn their lines, songs, and dance routines before giving each performance their very best.
A special well done goes to our Year 6 pupils, who took on the lead roles with confidence and commitment. We hope everyone who came to watch enjoyed the performances as much as we enjoyed putting them on. Well done, KS2!
