Well done to all the AMH Music students who took part in the prestigious David Clover Singing competition this year!

Particular congratulations to Ella for winning her 8-9 category, to Iri for winning her 9-11 category, to Sarah for winning her 12-15 and to Ella for her highly commended runners up in her 16-18 category. Special congratulations also goes to Gleb for his award of ‘most promising male singer under 15’.

Congratulations also to Lodge Moor Choir member Alaya who won her German Song class!

My children and youth choirs (Lodge Moor Children and Youth Choir) will be entertaining the crowds today at the Community Carols event at Fulwood Village. We'd love to see some familiar faces as you enjoy the Christmas stalls, children's crafts and maybe a sneaky hot chocolate from the cafe! The weather's fine so come on down at 3pm and feel Christmassy with us! We can't wait to see you!

Lodge Moor Children's Choir will be singing at the Fulwood fete today at 2.30. The fete is 12-4 at the Fulwood scout hut near Fulwood Church, If you happen to be available to come and watch then the children would really appreciate a friendly audience! (It’s free!)

Congratulations to private singing student and choir member Hannah for receiving a place to study classical soprano voice at the Royal Welsh Conservatoire this coming September!

After nearly a decade teaching you, it will be sad to see you leave, but we wish you the best of luck! You will always be part of the AmhMusic and Lodge Moor Children's Choir family wherever the future leads you. Xx

Calling all teenagers! Lodge Moor Youth Choir are looking to increase their broken voices sections (tenor, bass, and baritone, 18 or under). New members would not need previous singing experience and would be fully supported to develop their choir singing as they take part, receiving support from our dedicated team of experts and enthusiastic existing broken voices members.

Rehearsals are 5pm Fridays at Stephen Hill Methodist Church in Crosspool S10.
