Community Resus & Defib Training – FREE Course
Could you save a life in an emergency? Can you help us build a safer community?
On Tuesday, 10th March the Eckington Civic Centre are hosting a FREE 'Community Resus and Defib' training session.
This practical and informative course is open to everyone and will give you the confidence to:
✅ Perform CPR
✅ Use a defibrillator (AED)
✅ Respond quickly in an emergency
✅ Potentially save a life
📌 Tuesday 10th March, from 7pm at Eckington Civic Centre

Earlier this year we were kindly approached by the team at Boogie Nightz Jive who wanted to offer support to our Academy and asked how they could help. Over a number of weeks they have donated some fantastic training equipment, which has allowed us to run a free prize draw for our students. We want to say a massive thank you for their kindness and generosity, it truly is appreciated. From everyone at Dragons Academy, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

As October comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to pay a final tribute to breast cancer awareness month.

Thank you to all of our students for spending the whole month showing off their pink accessories from belts to wristbands to leg warmers and much more.

A life changing disease that affects so many families in so many ways and we are proud to have played our little part in raising awareness. Thank you to you all.

As a club we have always championed the mental health benefits of exercise and we couldn't be prouder to share with you that Master Terry is now a qualified Martial Arts Mental Health First Aider 👏

We are saddened to hear of the passing of BTA President and 10th Dan, Grandmaster Roy Kilner.

A fountain of martial arts knowledge and a true gentleman. Thank you Sir for your teachings, love and support. The martial arts world will never be the same without you.

Now it's "official" as it's on Facebook - we would love to congratulate our instructor Kiel, his wife Terri and big Brother Ryder on the safe arrival of baby Axel. We can't wait for a cuddle! 💕
