“If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.” 💕🌈

A smile costs nothing, but it can brighten someone’s whole day. At Hazey Dayz, we’ll be sharing plenty of smiles today! 🥰

🍂🎨 Autumn Painting at Hazey Dayz 🎨🍂

We’ve had a lovely creative morning exploring all the beautiful colours of autumn! 🍁🧡💛❤️💚

The children used their hands, paintbrushes and lots of gorgeous autumn colours to create their very own autumn trees. 🌳🍂 There was plenty of messy, sensory fun along the way!

Activities like this support so many areas of the EYFS, including:

🎨 Expressive Arts & Design – exploring colour, paint and different ways of making marks.
✋ Physical Development – strengthening little hands and developing fine motor control and hand–eye coordination.
🗣️ Communication & Language – talking about autumn, colours, leaves and what we could see.
❤️ Personal, Social & Emotional Development – making choices, building confidence and enjoying creating something independently.
🌿 Understanding the World – noticing the seasonal changes happening around us and learning all about autumn.

And of course, the best part was getting those little hands covered in paint! 🥰🎨

Learning, Playing, Growing… Together 🌈❤️
