My love of thrifting and charity shopping has resulted in me having quite a large collection of second hand clothes. 

I love finding unusual and beautiful pieces that I either alter or remake into something wearable. Or the garment just get stored away. 

The time has come for me to part with my collection of lovingly curated clothes. 

I have Women’s clothes, men’s and some children’s as well as handbags, shoes and jewellery. 

Everything will be priced to sell in the hope it will go on to living a more exciting existence than on my attic storage. 

The price includes refreshments and  homemade cakes and biscuits whilst you browse. 

£2 pre book and £2.50 on the door.

Pleased with my purchases from this mornings visit to at a beaut little forager bowl from and the cutest little hand made spoon set from Ella so many talented makers and such a good turn out. A lovely way to spend a Sunday morning.

I really wish I’d taken a before picture….originally a men’s shirt…now a cute shirt with Rick rack collar and puff sleeves…this and a few more of my creations will be coming with me to in a few weeks time!!

A few bits of April….mainly Winnie walks and chats with my gorgeous teen!! Plus some other fun stuff!! May will bring me a 10 yr old and hopefully some more beautiful dog walks.

A few pics from last week….friday we made waistcoat that were fully revisable, Jane’s longer version also had pockets. Saturday was the last session of my garment making course. I only managed to get 2/6 pictures of the finished garment. Super wide block coloured culottes and the most perfectly fitting linen summer dress for Celina!! Feeling very proud of all my sewers!! This week we have a skirt making class and we will be making Jackets next week!! Still a few places left on the jacket making class.

Yesterday was Pants!! Quite literally!! Great pant making class!!

This morning I did something I don’t do enough. I took some time for me. I have been running on empty for quite some time and I needed to full up my cup!! I was recommend Abi and oh my goodness!! What a way to spend a morning!! Such a relaxing and peaceful space. I had the winter warmer treatment, aromatherapy, reflexology and a back massage. It was the best!! I even had a little cry as it was so wonderful!! This is your reminder that you need to do something for you!! Thanks Abi….i will be back!!
