With a little help from our friends at USE we are offering 20 students from across Sheffield University £50 each to fund their project and it's super simple to apply:

1. Think of a project that solves some kind of problem (this can be anything you want)

2. Fill out this google form with 100 words about what your project is and why you want to do it (Do this ASAP as it's not open for long)

Sheffield Legal Hackers Launch Event - Legal Chatbots 07/03/2018

Sheffield Legal Hackers Launch Event - 15th March

The launch event for Sheffield Legal Hackers takes place next week on Thursday 15th March and they would like to get entrepeneurs involved!

Legal Hackers is a global movement of lawyers, policymakers, designers, technologists, and academics who explore and develop creative solutions to some of the most pressing issues at the intersection of law and technology. Through local meetups, hackathons, and workshops, Legal Hackers spot issues and opportunities where technology can improve and inform the practice of law and where law, legal practice, and policy can adapt to rapidly changing technology.

Their first event will look at how chatbots can be utilised within the legal sector. The event is open to anyone who wants to get involved in exploring how the practice of law can be improved through the use of technology.
