✨ Meet your host… Caitlin! ✨

Her Safe Space isn’t just a community — it’s something I’ve created from the heart. 🤍

A place where you can walk through the door, take a breath and just be you. No judgement. No pressure. No expectations.

Whether you come in feeling confident, nervous, emotional, awkward, happy or like you have absolutely no idea what to expect… you belong here. 🫶🏼

I’ll be there to welcome you, probably with a massive smile and a lot of talking 😂 — because I want Her Safe Space to feel like you’re meeting up with friends, not walking into a room full of strangers.

So if you’ve been thinking “I’m too nervous to come…” — this is your sign. 💗

Come as you are.
Wear your comfiest clothes.
Bring your real self.

There’s a space here for you. 🩷

I overthink.
I overlove.
I overtrust.

But honestly… I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t put my whole heart into everything I do. 🧡

Maybe sometimes I care too much, love too hard and give too many chances… but I’d rather have a heart that feels deeply than one that never feels at all. ✨

I’m learning that protecting my peace doesn’t mean changing who I am — it just means being more careful about who gets access to the softest parts of me. 🤍

25/09/2026

There was a version of me who sat at a bus stop at 3am, crying my heart out and wondering what I had done wrong. 💔

I’d had a birthday party, and not everyone turned up. I remember feeling embarrassed, hurt and questioning myself — “Why don’t people want to be here? What have I done?”

At the time, I didn’t know how much that moment would stay with me.

But maybe that’s part of why I created Her Safe Space. 🤍

Because I never want another woman to sit somewhere feeling like she’s the only one struggling, wondering if she’s enough, or feeling like she doesn’t belong.

I wanted to create the space I needed back then.

A place where you can walk through the door exactly as you are.
No judgement. No pretending. No pressure to have everything figured out.

You can come in your PJs. You can laugh. You can cry. You can talk. You can sit quietly. You can make friends. Or simply just exist around women who understand.

You are welcome here. You are wanted here. And you are not alone. 🩷

That little girl who sat crying at 3am never knew that one day she’d create a space designed to make other women feel like they belong.

And honestly… that means more to me than I could ever put into words. 🥹🤍

✨ WELCOME TO HER SAFE SPACE ✨

Come with us for a little walk-through of where you’ll find us 🤍

We wanted to show you the community centre, where to find us, and give you a little peek inside so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.

And one of the things we love most about our space? 🔐

Once that door is closed, it’s just us.

The door is coded, meaning once we’re inside and the session has started, nobody else can simply walk in. It gives us that extra layer of privacy, security and reassurance — because feeling safe is what Her Safe Space is all about. 🫶🏼

No judgement.
No pressure.
No expectations.

Just women, together, in a space where we can talk, listen, support and simply be. 🤍

If you’re feeling nervous about coming for the first time, we hope this little video helps you feel a little more familiar with the space before you arrive.

You’re safe here. You’re welcome here. You’re not alone. 🩷
