Knead Sports Massage Therapy

I'm afraid the time has come for me to stop doing sports massage treatments due to personal reasons.

As some may be aware I'm set to become a father in the coming weeks which means the spare room/massage space is soon to be occupied by a little one. With only a 2 bedroom house this leaves me with no feasible and dedicated space in which to work and offer you the best possible treatments. As it currently stands I don't have a big enough or regular enough client base to consider renting a space, I'd literally be paying people to come. In recent weeks I've found it harder and harder to find time for people with running 2 separate businesses and feel as though I'm burning out trying to fit clients in evenings/weekends after a full day/week at work.

I'm not sure what the future holds at the moment (other than sh*tty nappies) If things change in the following months/years I'll post here to let people know.

CANCELLATION POLICY!!! ⛔

Following a few last minute cancellations over the last couple of weeks (some with as little as a couple hours notice) I'm afraid I'm going to have to implement a cancellation policy.

This is something I was hesitant to do as I try to be as flexible as I can to accommodate my clients schedules. But the recent short notice cancellations have left me frustrated especially when working evenings and weekends (I do have a personal life) This is a very new venture for me and I don't have clients queing down the street waiting to take other people's cancelled appointments.

As of today I will be enforcing this policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 75% charge of the cost of the appointment. This will be invoiced via email with a payment link.
