Our learners smashed their first ever exam last night- Anatomy and Physiology 💥👨‍🎓

They then moved onto learning how to perform a health screening on potential clients. The sit and reach test measures flexibility. 🤸‍♂️

Our learner is around 6ft5, so as you can imagine, it was a bit of a stretch for him 😅👏🏼

We’ve been super quiet recently on socials 👀

It’s all been kicking off at the Coaching Academy! Here are our 12 awesome learners below who are 4 weeks into their 16 week qualification- on the road to becoming fully qualified fitness professionals! 💪🏼👏🏼

Their first assessment is this evening, which they’ll smash, and then they’ll continue the push through to success 👌🏻

The Coaching Academy proved to be a huge success for 2021 graduate James who loved learning and developing his Sports Massage Therapy with us 👨‍🎓

Fastforward to now, he has now begun building a client base, whom he offers a range of sports massage treatments to in order to aid their recovery or ease any symptomatic injuries! 💆‍♂️
