Sarah came to me wanting to drop body fat for her wedding thats coning up later jn the year.

First few trips out in the van with the pooch have been really nice. Plenty more to come 😎

Love getting out to the coast, we visited Holy Island at the beginning of the month and then we were off to scotland for Jaime’s 140ft swing.

Got myself a new tattoo and played a little padel - myself and Jaime came second in our first league tourno (but more importantly we had fun and didnt fall out) thats a win 😂

10k a day keeps the fat at bay.
If you can’t do 10,000 steps, then adjust accordingly and do what you can.

Make getting your steps a daily habit and you will really start to notice a difference.

The last few days in Scotland have been good for the soul..

Clare lost 15lbs in 8 weeks - here is how she did it...
Working a stressful job and having 2 demanding spaniels🐶🐶

Do you find yourself making excuses...

Ask yourself do you actually want to make changes?

Do you find yourself..

‘thinking about it’
‘starting Monday’
‘Starving yourself then binge eating’

‘I’ll wait until things calm down’

You’re making fat loss harder than it needs to be...
And I don’t mean that in a harsh way.

I mean you’re probably trying to do too much.
Cutting calories really low. Adding loads of cardio.
Trying to be perfect. Starting over every time something doesn’t go to plan.

I used to do the same. And all it did was make fat loss feel exhausting.

What actually works is much simpler.
Not easier mentally at first... But easier to stick to.

You don’t need:

❌Extreme diets Hours of cardio A new plan every week

You need:

✅ a small calorie deficit
✅ 3-4 strength sessions
✅ daily steps
✅ enough protein
✅ consistency
That’s it. 👌

Fat loss doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly.
It comes from doing the basics... over and over again.

Most women don’t need a harder plan.
They need a simpler one they can actually stick to.
